I LIKE: The story is great, the charachters allso, The mechs are uber-cool and so is the music. It's feels like a movie cut in several pieces, and I just love the feel. When I fifnished watching it I ws numb for a week or so. A mix of "Boy, what a great anime!", "What a great ending!" and "What? It's over allready!" "It's the end...?"


Animation is great, alltough I belive it could be better. I like the style they used in Loddos - allmost completely realistic (alltough with a bit more colour). I allso think Van and Hitomi should be a bit older and there are 2-3 scenes that could have benn done better... On the side note, they could have made Hitomi look a bit better


All in all, the best animated movie I've ever seen...8-9/10

Since the other threads were closed, this thread is for discussing Voe, Evangellion and Record of Loddos War.

So, to make the long story short:
- VoE (the movie) ------ 5-6/10
- VoE (the series)----------9/10
- Evangelion -------------6-7/10
- Loddos------------------8-9/10

okay... escaflowne the movie (not the series, as I haven't seen it) gets 7/10. somewhat interesting, but too little actual sense, or mecha fights.
