We can't forget those couple Zelda side scrollers on CDi.:D

Sure, they were nothing like Zelda but were nonetheless pretty good.

The only Zelda sidescroller I know was Adventure of Link (Zelda2). I rather liked that one. The combat in it was a lot of fun. I like it when Link has an actual jump, not just a sort of thing he does if he's running at the edge of a platform.

That bit in the very bottom of the Water Temple with the room with the tree in it... that was cool

The water temple is brutal. If you don't move those blocks at the bottom right and do the water lowering an drising bit the way you are supposed to, you can very well get 'stuck' and if you saved unknowingly or accidentally.. you're really ****ed.

[color=66ff00]DG we're going to have to play a bit of MarioKart via snes9X sometime.

BTW can anyone verify whether or not Zsnes has better netcode than 9X?

I believe it does. worked quite well when we played over the network at my last school, iirc.

The Forest Temple was pretty good. The boss especially.

Hell, the bosses in Zelda games have always been one of the series highlights.

Other than the original, I agree.  The bosses, though, were the greatest improvement in 3-d.
