Nope. A Brakiri cruiser and an Omega in the centre of the second picture.

That Cruiser looks excellent by the way.

The Brakiri Avioki cruiser looks great
And are you going to make the Tashkat (Toshkat? whatever..) Brakiri cruiser? Or is it non-canon?

The first screen is great. All that dramatic lighting just naturally unfolded right in front of me and I was straight to the screen capture key.

I only took the second screen because all my wingmen decided to hold a town meeting right in front of me for no particular reason. It was quite amusing.

Eternal One is working on the autofaceted Omega.
Compare the old R2 Omega:

Same mission, same position of the sun.

I am positive that once you play that same mission yourself, it will look a lot better.

In fact, I will soo go through the trouble to replace all low-res backgrounds in Raider Wars missions to high-res backgrounds.

Actually I played the mission on a different machine and the pixelation on the planet went away. Seems to be specific to that particular machine.

I've never noticed any pixelation or what not.

what's all the fuss about auto-facet ? has no tried it before ? I find that hard to believe (one or two clicks in TS is all it takes).

If you fix it into smoothgroups, or even just change the smoothing angle, it looks a LOT better.

Max is far more powerful than TS for doing this, though (AFAIK).

Yes, it is which is why I cry when I lose all smooth groups converting to .3ds.
