My best guess would be "ËÅÍÉÍ ÃÎÂÎÐÈÒ "ÑÒÔÓ ÍÓÓÂ" or "ËÅÍÉÍ ÃÎÂÎÐÈÒ "Ñ.Ò.Ô.Ó. Í00Â", although that is strictly translating "STFU N00B" into english using Russian phoenetics. If you want to do it right, you'd have to go look up "Shut" "the" "****" "up" seperately and use the initials, but it probably would not translate well.
EDIT: ..... and of course it doesn't work with the board. Great...
