[q]Levelshot tags added to pretty much everyones posts. Get it right guys[/q]

lvlshot...that was it! I couldn't remember for the life of me what that tag for automatically resizing images was, even though I knew of its existence and was around when it was added into the forums. I guess I have been away from this place too long...

Be carefull of the images you post if you would feel upset about your name being on the internet. There are a few there where a name can be made out on a piece of paper or book in there.

yeah, I noticed after I uploaded the images and didn't want to go through all the trouble of blotting it out at that point. I think quite a few people here know my real name anyway from emails they have sent me. :p Thanks for pointing that out though.

[q]Cool setup though guys.
I'm saddened by the fact that near everyone has an LCD screen now days and I don't.
[/q]

I bet the monitor on my main machine is better than any LCD out there that is under $3000. :D

Unlike my desk at home (which is far tidier now, Kosh... :p), my workplace is nearly immaculate.

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

Whatever it is it looks nice. Mine is a cheap Supercase. Not nearly as asthetically pleasing but it gets the job done.
"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

Antec Piano Black... dunno if that's a different one or a subset. The thing's the quietest thing I've ever barely heard - about as lound as a hard drive spinning. :D

Sonata is the one I have; other than a light you seem to have on the top right, it would appear to be identical to that one. It's suppossedly the quietest (Sonata) there is, but I'm not sure that's true for my one.  Noisy gfx card fan, I think.

Very nice cases, anyways.

Four months. It's one of those Zippo-sized 007 cameras on thinkgeek.com (I peeled off the 007 sticker coz it's ridiculous) which I bought for its small size. It records sound, video, and recon pics (taken at regular intervals).

Darkage wins. Man, you have a very nice setup there.

Oh, on the subject of keeping things clean - I used to be untidy but then I suddenly realised I couldn't find half of what I needed. Spending 5 minutes keeping things tidy makes things so much easier all around.

Thanks Thunder:D

Your Desk does look more "Clean" and thight though. But with a few comps that cannot be achieved very good:)

I do have some special love for my little Unix box, running Solaris 10 64bit. And this pc's secondary drive has also Solaris 10 but the x86 version works very nice, i do my administration with it. More stable and Secure then windows will ever be.

That's it. Man, it's a great case... I'm tempted to switch to it at home, too, even though my home case isn't more than a year old. :p

I need a new desk. This one is waaay too small...

But then, a bigger desk would mean I'd have to sit on the end of the bed to use the 'puter...
