I think it's the highlight below the eye on the left... it looks out of place. Also, perhaps make the expression more blank and the pupils darker...

Aside from that though, very nice indeed. Lovely detail, particularly on the robe.

Unless you're shooting for a really surprised-looking anime type thing, eyes probably shouldn't take up 30% of the face real-estate

Beyond that, seems good, although the neck is at a bit of a crooked angle...

Yeah, that's mainly what I don't like about them. Also the pupils are pretty underdetailed, but I couldn't get them to look right so I just left them alone.

I think the eyes are freaky, but they are appropriate for the picture, they portray a sort of false innocence...but fix the pupils
