Charismatic, while I'm not going to be giving out much advice in the success of relationships department I can emphathize very closely with your situation.  What you will eventually learn is that women do not view relationships like we do and therefore you have to try and deal with them in a slightly different way than you think makes sense.  This is typical male/female views of the world.  Neither are right or wrong but they are there and should be acknolwedged.

For a guy...any girl...even a close friend who was otherwise not an interest is a *possible* interest. Do something the right way, wear the right clothes, engage in a certain action...we're interested...we're cool...whatever makes us happy.  But women...once your friends...your friends.  The key bit about dating is to try and get their interest *without* becoming their friends.

This is a dead end mate...keep her as a good friend.  If she specifically, unequivocably, comes out and says later that your the one...then ok...its rare...it sometimes happens...but don't expect it.

No, seriously, a 15 year old is just entering sentience, people that age are not mature enough to make wise decisions.  If ya wanna pork her, I would recommend you wait before she becomes a couple years older.  The difference in maturity between a 15 year old and an 18 (or hell, even 17) year old is almost doubled.  If you really cared about this person, you would sit it out.

Good luck either way.  And give her this the next time you see her, if you want to figure it out.

What if you DO get her alone, and she feels threatened by your action of attempting to kiss her. Do you honestly think she's gonna just sit there and let it happen? Ovbiously, nothing anyone says will change your mind, Charismatic.  Truth is, no matter how much "charisma" you work on this girl, it's just not going to work.  You might assume that she might not make your life a living hell, but trust me, women are devious.  A girl her age, probably being under the age of consent, has all the power in the world to make your life a living hell.  You're an adult as well, that is if you're in the US.  Once you're 18, you're an adult in the law's eyes, and her word usually is golden if she's good enough to pull it off.  I've seen this happen to three teachers in my old hometown,

Look, if she doesn't want it, accept it.  It doesn't matter that it's 'just a kiss' or somesuch, it's still a very personal 'invasion' of space, and it also puts her in a horrible position of her own as to how to react.  I think to me it sounds like you know it'd be the wrong step to take, and you're trying to find a justification for it.
