I just watched the jokers pencil trick on youtube.  That was great. Then i watched the jokers interrogation with the lights turning on in the interrogation room, and BOOM! Batman slams his head on the table.

I can't wait to see the dark knight. It seems they finally went back to batmans enemies being seriously deranged and very dark (which all of them are anyway). The last time i seen something crazy **** like the jokers pencil trick was on batman 2 with catwoman and the penguin eating peoples noses straight off their faces.

I recently read a comic that made fun of that.  I have never seen so I didn't quite get the joke.

First two seasons were decent, third is below average. You can spend you time watching better stuff.

Got an e-mail from one of my mates who i was out with a few weekends ago. Turns out he's now a cadet instructor and want's me to attend one of their training weekends in folkstone on an escape and evasion exercise to lead one of the capture forces due to previous experience. I think it could be fun but my knee and other old injuries may hinder trying to keep up with hormone fuelled teenagers. I'd get 70 quid though. I'll have to dig out my beret and polish my cap badge but i think i'll enjoy it.

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly did you do in the army?

I don't mind at all, I did six years in the Royal Engineers, the first few months were just regimental familiarisation then i went into EOD. There were always "jolly" (fun)
courses to go on and i managed to get onto a Junior Sapper e&e against squadron training staff. My section did alright. Not great after a year i made Senior Sapper and did the same course a few times after attached to the hunter force. After that i spent some time in europe and finished my career.
