I changed out the 'click' device in a Zebra F-701 with a fully metal (chrome and brass) one from an F-402 and put a 1.6 mm ballpoint refill in there. I now have the best ball point pen I'm aware of, it's much better than my Jotter.

So, the Fender Rhodes I received for Christmas (in the process of restoring it right now) was built on December 31, 1972. I have a piano nerd's antiquity sitting in my bedroom, and therefore, as a 12-year piano student, I have the weirdest boner right now.

display lists made my lua game engine feasible again, its running at 60fps again. now to make my raster fonts render in screen space rather than out in the world somewhere.

I used to be a piano student
Six years. Enjoyed quite a bit of it, hated quite a bit of it

Now, I just play the piano, slowly but surely building up my repertoire

That's a pretty awesome thing though myte. I'm not much for electric pianos though.

I attended a scale model exhibition and took some photos using my old camera phone. Can't say that either it or my photography skills did the models much justice though... Here are some Colonial Viper Mk2s.

I could post more if anyone's interested. I guess they didn't come out too badly.

Whilst there I bought a copy of the Haynes Supermarine Spitfire Owner’s Workshop Manual. I kind of just bought it on impulse for some reason... I also got some other stuff including a nice print of this painting: http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/print-ww2-raf-hurricane-eye-needles-168162983 (that's actually a Spitfire, not a Hurricane).

well i got some **** done with nukesim, i deprecated the ****ty external console window and went with something quake-esque i rather like the results. tomorrow il work on animation and perhaps a command system.
