My first problem is that as a GM I'm not really sure I have what it takes to run an EVA game. I suppose I could lighter-and-softer a bit, but.

My second is conversely the opposite. Angels (and the Archangels from REDACTED or 2.5) are designed to be played for effect rather than tactically. And I'm kinda The Tactics Guy when it comes to combat, though I've never been much of a minmaxer. So I'm pretty sure I'll accidentally flatten my group with Sachiel.

Oh, that's a different kettle of fish. If he was lurking outide of her place of residence (or yours, had he asked you) and was a known active drug user, then calling the police was the right thing to do.
