I hate the Ferengi precisely because it's probably the only race in Star Trek that has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. They merely exist for the creator to beat "capitalists" with his writing stick or whatever. Anything good that a Ferengi happens to do is despite being a Ferengi.

As a race, Ferengi never had wars or genocides in their history (which is one reason why they consider their culture superior to other races including humans).

Took my CFAT (Aptitude Test) for the Canadian Military today, did well. Was told I'm good to proceed to the next stages. (One-on-one Interview, medical.)

I don't recall my exact scores for EL and NUC (I want to say... 287 and 279, respectively, but that's an educated guess at best), but I can definitely welcome you to the 99 club.

It doesn't really mean much aside from impressing the guys who barely beat 30 at basic.

If there was any questions about me having sanity we can put those to bed.  I just painted and chopped up some 1/285th artillerymen and infantry officers in order to provide crews for my open top M36B2 TDs.  I suppose I already crossed the Tiberis when I hand made sand bags, stowage and IFF flags for all my 6mm armor and half tracks, but now I just burned the bridge behind me.  But damn it, US Armor in WW2 just ain't American if it's not covered in its weight in gear.

my provider only accepts direct debit (payments on a set day in the month) or manual payments.

DD is no good to me as I am a temp atm so money is weekly meaning i cant garentee having cash in the bank

i dont think asbestos is as harmful as the fear mongerers (and class action lawyers) say it is. a one time exposure wont give you cancer. its the people who had to work with the stuff day in and day out that tilted the statistics.
