I'm alive and technically done with college. Now all that's left is the BFA/graduation technicalities.

But yay, less stress and more time to Freespace and new desktop to go pew pew!

IIRC, they're actually "Founders" of the Dominion, not "The Dominion". The Dominion is a conglomerate of races, including Jem'hadar, Karemma, Dosi and Vorta (later also Son'a, Cardassians, T-Rogorans, Yaderans and Breen), as well as the Founders.

wasnt it supposed to be using 12mm caseless armor-piercing rounds, with a grenade launcher. they need to check their specs and then find some way to make it sound right. the m-41a is one of the best sounding fictional weapons ever.

Why would I want a nerf gun when I can have a 9mm submachine gun with a shotgun all in one awesome looking weapon? I want things that shoot and have awesome aesthetics!

The m41 a rifles for aliens were all produced for the film. I'ts on lè bonus features / making of. There were only a small number 2/3 blank firing. The rest were just 'props'.

well, thats what i get for believing user-submitted "facts" on cracked. although i thought i remembered it having a picture of the two next to each other. i guess it could have been the other way around. or just a different movie.

worked overtime both days this weekend. what for? to cover a task that took 5 minutes to complete and was done 8 hours sooner than it would have been otherwise MAXIMUM. 6 shifts of weekend coverage total for 5 minutes of non-critical work. your tax dollars at work.

so what i did with the other 19:55 of my time was wander the ship. i found the barber shop, the officer staterooms, one more functional head, and stood on the bridge for a minute. also stood on the flight deck and looked over the edge all the way to the bottom of the drydock. if i were prone to vertigo, that would have been a doozy.

I'm on sick leave for the third week in a row, because of a nasty tonsillitis. It's so bad the specialist took three seconds, literally, before he just went and handed me a sugery appointment to get them the hell removed.

So many joy, much infection, wow.
