That's the Lancer (GoW). The chainsaw part isn't very visible so I didn't recognize it at first, either (UT > GoW).

I'm guessing Dutch, one of the few things I remember from my German was Ich haben keinen schwester, or "I have no Sister".

I have absolutely no idea why this phrase stuck....
