Why is everyone simply neglicting that Alpha One might be female?

Because Alpha One is of unknown gender, and "he" is the gender-neutral personal pronoun in English in addition to being the male personal pronoun.  Simple rules of grammar; you don't say "she" unless you know you're right.

Chuck Norris is a martial artist who acted/acts (not sure sorry)  in TV shows as well as taking part in karate tournaments. He's built quite a reputation in his dual career.
