I enjoyed the episode. Some interesting things:
* The way Zoe's avatar portrayed Daniel Graystone's actions to Lacy. In the scenes with Daniel, we're meant to empathise with him and his struggle to contact his daughter. In the scenes with Lacy, Zoe makes her dad out to be a monster.
* Speaking of which, it's interesting that Zoe is so entwined with the robot - knowing military routines that are hard-coded, the weight of a gun, etc. I'd been wondering how that worked. I mean, if the military robot had its entire programming replaced by that of a teenage girl (even one who was determined to pretend) it'd be kind of obvious.
* Hacking the holoband to take drugs. It's obviously an advanced interface with the mind that goes both ways, which opens up all sorts of possibilities. In the previous episode, talking about giving your avatar skills that your meat body doesn't have is interesting. I wonder if that would also let you learn skills to use in the real world, Matrix-style?
* Gratuitous fanservice to BSG space combat nuts like us! There is really no critical plot-relevant reason for airships and fighters in V-world, let alone choosing a flight simulator as a first date. We should be appreciative
* Looking forward to Joseph tracking down Tamara. Not just 'cause she's hot, but because I'm intrigued as to her transformation. She started out so naive and timid, but now seems to be (literally) making her mark on V-world.
