Re: What are you dressing up as for Halloween?
Damn guys, don't you go to parties?
And no, I don't usually either. But this'll be an exception.
"Party"?  What is this strange word you speak of?

Re: What are you dressing up as for Halloween?
Viola!
In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim, and villain by the vicissitudes of fate.
This visage no mere veneer of vanity is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant and vanished.
However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified! And has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the voraciously vicious and violent violation of volition!
The only verdict, is vengeance, a vendetta, held as a votive not in vein, for the value and voracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous.

...heh!
This vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it is my very good honour to meet you and you may call me, V...

Not bad for not looking it up (spellings included haha)

I could dress up as myself, that should be scary enough :P

hmm, if I indeed had to dress up, I'd either go Tribal or Super Mutant (or Ghoul)

My wife and I are dressing up as a 1920's gangster couple, complete with matching tommy guns.

I am going to be a Wiz Elf Mal Cha, or as the guys on #nethack like to call me, a "dead chaotic male elven wizard".

I won't get any of the special prizes... but ascending at least once would be nice. I'm a noob anyway :P

Re: What are you dressing up as for Halloween?
i was pissed off. i got up at midnight yesterday, so by 2pm i was ready for a nap. so i go lay down. my sister and her family are over here, and they are very noisy. every 15 minutes somone would come upstairs and distrub my attempts at a 2 hour nap. first couple times it was my niece trying to get some candy, then it was my sister who went bipolar and hid in her room. at this time my nice was trying to catch the cats. then mom came up to feed the cats, because at this time they were so scared that they were stuck under the bed and wouldnt come down to eat. but one of the cats was hogging all the food so she kicked him out of her room. and he was scratching at the door and meowing really loud. at this point my mom and my sister were both fighting and that went on for 20 minutes. 2 hours later when i should have been waking up i fell asleep. slept through a halloween party and a wave of trick or treaters. when i woke up it was like 10. all the candy (which i had bought mind you) was gone. all the soda (also of my own expense) was polished off, and all the palatable food was gone. every computer in the house had somone on it, and the place was a mess. i ****ing hate holidays, and the worst part of it is that i got to wait till 8 for the store to open before i can has lunch.
