if you alternate your vices you will never get addicted to anything. so booze on fridays, crack on saturdays, weed on sundays, lsd on mondays. sex on tuesdays, heroin on wednsdays, meth on thursdays. you will never get addicted to any of them. you might always be broke and you might not live very long but at least you wont have an addiction.

The opposite sex was where i first heard this. It sort of conveniently places one sex above the other. I would argue why not disrespect for both sexes? In general i find it to be a colorful misleading communication of disgust and disapproval of porn.

There's been reported cases where gaming addictions, especially online gaming addictions, caused the loss of a job, which may have to do with the pavlovian training models some of these games use to keep their playerbase busy and paying 15$ a month ;) ... I would say however... that while this is an excellent topic, it might be a topic for it's own thread?

I tend to agree. If you're going to argue that it's disrespectful to women to reduce them to a collection of naughty bits then it's surely just as disrespectful to reduce the guy to only one.

It's just a bloody mess. The fact that the whole porn industry lacks so many quality in its content is a clear indication of the utter lack of any principles those guys have except for the cash at the end. Personally, when I need a "fix" of porn, or are just funnily curious, I tend to go for hentai. At least in hentai there is some attempt at creating something artistic, out of the ordinary, something novel. Well, some of the times anyway. Most porn is just dull and painful to watch.

You want good porn that actually knows it's spoofing a great original feature. Then i recommend "edward penis hands" and "flesh gordon". Apparently these two are like what i said, the people making these actually made pretty decent porn spoofs out of them.

I know there was a spoof of the Pirates movies that was so well-received, they released an edited version with the naughty bits cut out for people who just wanted to watch it for some laughs. :p

As far as the topic at hand goes, pretty much all of the "professional" stuff I've seen is either hilarious or an active turn-off.  It's all stupid "sexy" expressions and faked noises.  I'd much rather have something where the people are legitimately enjoying what they're doing, which seemingly can only be found in more amateur or "natural" material.  There's a lot in the realm of hentai manga that tells legitimate stories about couples who actually love each other, too.  Granted, that stuff's usually stereotypical as hell in its own way, but at least the stereotypes are generally much more enjoyable.
