** Suddenly feels really old **

Well, I'm like the odd man out here. No computer science degree, no IT job, no great job in Sony

Just my love for FS...
Currently I'm a Financial Analyst in the Acquisitions department for a development company of multi-family communities (That means we construct, develop, and manage hi-rise condo's, townhomes, and apartments). The company has about 50 apartment communities consisting of more than 15,000 multi-family rental and condo units throughout Florida.
What I do is basically: Once land has been found (which is also one of my jobs, but I don't usually do that), I'm the one that finds the money to build it and closes the loans/bonds (the biggest project I closed was a $19 million apartment community of 292 units). That's a really simple explanation for what I do, cuz closing these loans/bonds entails doing a ton of work.
Graduated a while back with a Finance degree and have real estate and mortgage licenses. Been doing this for almost 2 years, before that I was a mortgage broker and in real estate. It's no job at Sony, but it pays the bills

Future: Hope to have my own development company, but probably will be in rehabilitating older buildings to market standards.
**snore** Did I put you guys to sleep, too?
