Calvary was based on the P2 Ogan. The Ogan is a capship however the model style looked better as a fighter/bomber.

Off the top of my head, the ghost, nighthawk, foxbat, falcon, galaxy, gothhek, pakriss, ra'toth, darkoth and majority of the capships aren't WC, although several are based on, or include parts of WC models. As for coming down the line: the unamed 3drt model, centaur, javalin, f-4phantom, liberator, sortahn, claymore (possibly going to be renamed), the f-7 model, ocelot, harpy, rave, super hornet, viper and majority of the capships aren't specifically WC models (some do feature wc model pieces or extensive modifications from existing models)

The bearcat got another minor tweak, just to the tables entries. More compatible with Sagas models although mine should be superior considering their a decade or so newer.

Also the black widow got a smaller model, check it out now.

Edit: Bloodfang now edited and smaller.

Scoob, sorry to bump your thread.

Are you in possession of Rapier2 or Sabre2 meshes?

I did two personal conversions and awaiting the authior's permission for community release.
IF he allows and you don't have these planned already, would you be interested in giving them the "once over" for Scooby style?

I would like to do a pre-release though of them as is (once I finish the shields and subsystem data.

There is a rapier 2 that was replaced in saga that was my painting and I've got a sabre in the works.

Unfortunately I'm very extra busy with Sagas models right now I don't have any time for these. The little time I do have I've been resizing the fighters down to try and fit with sagas smaller fighters.

Once I get done finalizing saga's mode, then I'll get back to work.

Scooby_Doo, I'm playing around with your models and i think there may be an issue with the Cruiser Shal'Khar, LOD3 and LOD4 are in the wrong order.
And the shield of the fighters are too large to fit in the your fighterbay e.g. Advanced Medium Valkyrie or the Heavy Dragon.

It would be very nice if you find time to change that on the Shal'Khar and the Advanced Medium Valkyrie

The dragon and the valkyrie will get a new shield mesh, now that i'm using the collada converter. As the cap ships, they'll be re-turreted and repainted.

These are Adam Burch's ships (He gave permission). IDK if Tolwyn knows of them but anyway I'm going ahead but wanted to know if you think going from 2048 to 1024 would affect them too much?

Notice I messed up the shine map on the second one somehow and hadn't had time to go back and fix it (yet).

Actually my Rapier 2 looks like it's his. I'm betting the ferret is his also. Now my sabre is completely my own.

As for 50% reduction, I don't think it would hurt (you could also give out the 2048 in a "high-res" special vp package)

Moved some of my models to the first page, alphabetically. All the fighters up to Excalibur 2, alphabetically, have been resided down, including the dragon. All cap ships will be getting a complete work over, last.

The Jrathek is going to be completely redone. As it stands now it's very ugly.

Im not sure if anyone else has had this problem...
when i use Scooby's fighters that have an in-cockpit model, ships such as the cobra and faldari, i can see part of the pilot model in the cockpit and it obscure my view
i have uses these models previously and have not encountered this problem
i have not altered the .pof in any way
is this a problem with my field of view or some other setting?

EDIT: I was not having this problem until i switched to using RC2 from the wcsaga.exe with scooby's models so that may be the issue

I've had issues with this in the past, did you try replacing an existing ship with one of mine in FRED? I think this might be where I've had issues before.
If nothing else try moving the eye further forward.

Those models will get a work over soon, as I'm nearing completion on all my finished kilrathi models.

Some of it was premade (the light, airbrush (except for hose), glue bottle, tweezers) I grabbed off the net, the reset was scratch built.

Also do you happen to have other armada ships (goran, korh-ar, kilrathi carrier) or from the movie (Com ship)?

Thanks, Scooby. I just edited the pofs to move the eye points, which solved my problem.

Not really sure, this newer Confed style takes quite a bit longer to do and a lot depends on when Saga gets released
