Actually finished a short story for the first time in... a long time.  Posted in the Fan Fiction section of the site.  You guys should all go read it and tell me how horrible it is.

No, the announcement last January was that they'd be ceasing distribution of new series. They said at the time they'd keep any series they'd already released in print until the licenses expired.

Now it seems they're reneging on that statement and closing up shop completely.

True, there wasn't anything said at the time about giving a set date for stopping all distribution, but I couldn't really imagine a scenario where they'd be keeping a few token series in print for any extended amount of time.
