Just one of life's pleasant little moments.

I've just been out for a walk, and just in time I noticed there were lots of ants milling around on the path. I haven't seen ants like that for years, and I went down on one knee to observe them for a moment. Then I stepped off the path to go around them, as they were taking up too much space for me to step over or around them.

While I had been engrossed in the ants, this couple had managed to get fairly close to me without me noticing.

"Too nice to them ants." She said, but she was wearing a warm smile, and I returned it. I then watched them after I passed, and they also stepped off the path to go around the ants.

Another instance of "I know more about payment card processing than you and what you just did might get us in trouble with the Payment Card Industry" at work last night. Supervisor gave a cash refund for payment given with a MasterCard. I looked in MasterCard's merchant agreement and found out we're not supposed to do that. Only supposed to give refunds as credit on the same card that payment was taken from. Oops.

lol. The question was whether or not I would buy it now, given that I only had $350 to last me the next two weeks. However, after carefully weighing my expenses over the next two weeks, I have come the conclusion that I have more than enough money.

But who am I kidding? Sounds like you have standards. You should keep those. I don't know where mine went, but the part where I lost my virginity in a park in a suburb I'd never been to before was definitely indicative of my lack thereof. To be honest I don't even know if that was my first time, as in, I'm not sure if it counted, but that's another story altogether! (Anyone in for story time with Dilmah?)

Going to Six Flags with a rather incredible young woman and launching my new website on Friday. Then on Saturday we're both going to hang out and checkout her neighborhood's group yard sale.

And to top it all off, I return to school on Monday.
