Yeah, I picked up a box of 333 Winchester .22LR two weeks ago for $20.  This is why I shoot .22LR - cheap.  As opposed to $4.50 per shot.  Ouch.

I can get 38 for four times the price of 22. Once my girlfriends a bit more comfortable with a rifle I'll let her give it a try. Then onto 357 and full bore.

She loves probe / gallery shooting.

Well, you know what? Each shot is worth the amount of awesome that follows! 3500$ rifle, getting it for 2700$, slapping on a 1700$ optic and then heading to places I can fire that thing 1000 - 1500 yards. Add a little tannerite and we've got a party

But on another note, I'm not going to be doing massive amounts of shooting with this thing. It's like that rifle you have and you pull out once in a while to enjoy it, like a cigar or a nice scotch. Afterwards, you tuck it away for a bit and enjoy the cheaper stuff

And speaking of cheaper stuff, I now have four Mosin Nagants. Once the last one gets delivered to my doorstep today, I shall take a picture and play the USSR anthem
