I would argue it only really becomes a "relationship" when you start accepting the other person as they are - on a mutual basis - and start to enjoy the differences as well as the similiarities.

Well, Col D's second statement must mean that he never intends to love the woman and so he expects the people he talks to here to also have the same motives for being with a woman (purely physical and the wrong reasons) and he might be assuming that people here aren't with the woman for love and therefore wouldn't love her after she becomes an ex. I also assume that judging by other posts about topics like this that he has made. Not feeling love afterwards is also usually the result of the man being with the woman for selfish reasons and the wrong and superficial reasons that have nothing to do with love. Probably just sex like so many do. So sad.

Dilmah G's comment basically saying that only looks matter and not her name is also disturbing and the wrong way to look at it. It is perverted and selfish to the extreme. What is this world coming to?

I'm only with a woman and will kiss her and sexual stuff with her only if it is serious and I have the intent of staying with her in a serious relationship. I don't think a person has to be married though like some fanatics think. I will do everything with her if I love her and commit myself to her and she loves me and does the same. But no need for me to start that again since last time I said certain things like that, it struck a pointless argument of ridicule against me that goes nowhere. So I will not say more about it for the remainder of this thread and perhaps not in the future on this forum as well.

He makes a valid point though. While there are some women you can maintain a close friendship with after the relationship ends, most of the time you're better off putting them out of your life for good and moving on. Caring about what they're thinking or doing after the relationship is over is the fast track to obsession and stalking.

Very difficult to play ball when you are even in the same Local Group as the ball park.  'Course it's been that way for as long as I can remember, so I've both grown used to it and don't really bother any more, not that I ever did.  You see, I'm the downer, the parade rainer, ect.  No one likes spending time with me.

This is "somewhat" related, I've learned over many years of trial and error (the best way to learn in this case) that nothing is as advantageous as having good, and at least one close female friend. Not only did it help shake off the bravado and inability to operate without penile direction. But it's like having an SOC database to hand. Any insight on women is best straight from women. As a bonus it expands your target range as women in bars clubs pubs and everyday situations drop their man-guard around other women

This one's easy. She starts talking to a guy not including you in the conversation for hours. Break up with her anyway you like. Make it fun and entertaining for yourself in the least and most. If she's going to be a prick, then you're going to be an asshole. If you don't show her that you're a force not to be recokoned with, then that'll lead to problems later with you and her even after you're broken up.

I don't mean any kind of physical force here. Just whenever i break up with a girl, it either goes smooth or great. If it was a great relationship, it goes smooth and everyone has their respect in tact. If it doesn't go smooth, then that means i took my happy ass time being an asshole because she happened to be ****ed up.

May I suggest finding someone you have things in common with and going from there? However difficult that might be, you're better off waiting than forming a bunch of relationships you know likely won't work.
