Hmm.
I don't know anything about B5 designs, so I can't really give you any feedback there, but there's one thing that kind of sticks out on the model- unbalanced distribution of detail. The outside of the wing-things is a single polygon, but you're using a huge amount of polys in those cylinders. (they're prominent in your first pic; I assume they have something to do with weapons). Detail should usually be distributed more evenly than that, since you're using a bunch of polys there that you could be using somewhere else.
Is this your first try at making a model? It's impressive if it is. My first was a cube stacked on another cube with a rim on the edge. Then again, I was using Truespace
