I found a mission I'd previously balanced pretty well is now impossible. So I'm nervous that a whole bunch of it might need rebalancing and I think that's kind of scared me off it.
Been there over a year ago with
Light of Antares, it was the replay that launched a thousand quality of live changes

I figured out that I was just forgetting an essential rule that I was keeping back then - in the case of LoA it was remembering the missions 3-5 require a lot of squad management and the campaign overall requires a hightened awareness of your surroundings. Solved that just by changing the wording in the directives, adding targeting groups and putting a few navpoints into the HUD.
