My mother just got back from the town with some bits of food, some parcels and, most importantly, the Northern Echo.

She's sat reading it for like 5 minutes and, all of a sudden, shouts: "What the ****!?".

Ok, the name is ironic, but isn't it a bit disturbing he is:
1) happy with his sister being arrested
2) it being for stealing from Safeway, of all possible crimes
3) hears from his sisters pending arrest through a newspaper.

Heh... 'Tony Hart'. Thats the 2nd best highlight of my day so far.

...the first being seeing a certian hot girl on the way down to uni.

Anyway, yeah, local newspapers always have the funniest stories.
