Are those round buildings made of remapped/retextured/resmoothed/resized gun barrel models?

The two centre buildings are from Taristin's model dump.

Given that he's not involved with Inferno, no. It's probably for his Shadow Genesis project.

No. As Battuta said, it's one of the exclusive models for Shadow Genesis. We based on Inferno model, but it isn't Inferno stuff.
