I found out the UT3 A.I. is somewhat adaptive, eventually they stop moving out of cover when they're killed enough times by instagib ceiling turrets.

Also, diabetic shoes, who knew?

Hmmkay. I've recently acquired Fallout 1/2 through GoG, as well as Giants: Citizen Kabuto. The former games are A-MA-ZING and the latter won't play on this computer.

Anybody ever played Giants? Did I just sink $10?

The game was fun, imo, but in the later missions ( of all campaigns ) tough.
The Kabuto campaign is frakkin' cool, Monsterrampage describes it the best. :D
It also has a quite intruiging dark-ish humour. To sum it up, i liked it.
That's my personal opinion, though.

Oh, and get yourself a walkthrough ( when you get stuck ), it's not always clear what ( or better phrased how ) you're supposed to do ( unless you have a tendency to light sadism  :D :D ).

I tried making fried tofu for the first time last night, for dinner.

It was actually pretty good. I'm not terribly fond of most other Chinese cooking, but that was good.

Haven't posted in a looooong while. In that time I:

1) Succeeded in making baked chicken and mushroom rice.
2) Installed and max-modded my Fallout 3, including all the DLCs.
3) Did the same for my Dark Crusade
4) Installed Oblivion, modded it a little, but holding out till I get Shivering Isle and the DLCs.
5) Joined the Army.

Spared myself ten hours of mind****ery and watched a very condensed version of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Boystrous 19 year old temp at work slapped me in the face with an envelope and laughed it off as playful. So I shoved him over a desk and laughed it off as playful. It's on camera so I can plead reasonable force.  Temp is now passive.
