Thanks. We went to te hospital yesterday and she has started getting a little better, they managed to get her organs started again, which is good. She's not through it yet, though.

I wanted to post a sarcastic comment here, but the commentator upset me, so I'm gonna rant instead.

I don't know what's the big fuss about being beaten by the Netherlands, home field or not. They are the runner-up of the World Cup, we (Hungary) haven't even qualified since '86. There is a constant four-goal difference between the two teams. They have better offense and defense, they are better trained, and they are much better at ball possession. What were we expecting, people? The outcome doesn't upset me, but the way the media handled the match did.

This is European football (or soccer) by the way.

I saw my mom in the hospital today, due to the massive amount of fluids and medication they had to pump into her, she was so swollen I could barely recognize her, I almost cried for the first time in years. The doctors say they may be able to get her awake and off of the tubes and fluids etc in a couple of days, though it may be months before she fully recovers enough to get out of the hospital, plus due to the blood infection she got from her illness she may have perma brain damage. I'm so pissed at the hospital she used to be going to before the one she's in now.

Wrapped up my Mass Effect FemShep Vanguard play through, prepping to make the jump to Mass Effect 2. My first round was a male Soldier so it was fun getting to screw around with ibotics this run.

I suppose I can retry finishing Mass Effect from an earlier save, but this is most vexing I really wanted to continue her adventures and the idea of that progress being lost is irritating.

So today we (5 of us of the McMaster Improv Team(MIT!)) were part of entertainment for a world youth something fundraiser.
had to tone it down (the tendency to be comically impolite), preforming in front of children and in a church, but even after being pushed back in schedule MUCH further than we thought. Still did great though.

In the audience were some same-age girls that one liked us from a different event on thursday, and had a couple of her friends here for this one.
Myself and a bro plan to grab a brewsky afterwards, but then chat things up with 3 girls, and they were grabbing some Chinese food before watching a disney movie. I say "mind if we join you girls?" and they say "sure!" and its great, I have arm around one of them (Liz) as we all walk over and grab some chinese, then go to their house.
We all pile onto the couch, (bro has a GF, so me being between him and the girls was fine by him) and watch ferngully while eating chinese. T'was decent movie, bro heads out, and its me and the girls, we see some YT videos, and it turns out Liz actually goes to school in sudbury, 6 hours away, and had to drive back this sunday, and as such needed to go to bed for sleeping. damn.
so all I got was a decent goodnight kiss, and the information that mah dimples are "super-cute"

pretty good for a dry night, I feel good about myself even If I didn't get any.
