Just finished cleaning up my PC case with an air pump. HOLY DUST CLOUDS. So much dirt!

ok, what the hell. this is about the fifth time i've had in-text ads pop up on random websites including here using firefox. scanners aren't picking up anything, and i've got adblock installed.

attempting to fly ships with spin-gravity in ksp has led to some amusing side effects. like my ship flying apart in 10 different directions for no aparent reason. the g gauge in the cockpit was registering some gravity though.

they gave themselves a 4 hour delivery window, and still missed it. it was early at least, but they woke me up.

and it means i don't have an excuse to not go in to work today.

Wrestling with professor-induced ambiguity and obfuscation on my final exam tomorrow.

You know, when even after giving your students a schematic of things to study for the exam they feel as if it doesn't help at all to parse the important elements from notes totaling as many as 29,000 words, you're doing it wrong.

Minor panic attacks are abounding, as this is the final exam I need to pass in order to finish off my degree. I need a minimum mark of 45% or so to pass the course, and the sad part is I'm worried about even getting that as this prof has shown that for whatever reason she hates my writing. Midterm where I 75% the multiple choice, but 0 the short answer questions despite answering most of them, anyone?

Currently playing: Prepare to re-install Windows, The Game. Backing all my important stuff up and erasing worthless junk I don't want to have floating around is rather time consuming.

Yeah, learned that the "My Documents" is a great place to stash your documents and resource files. A "//Code/" directory/repository is a must-have for programmers.

i never put anything in my documents. too many programs using it as a dumping ground for disposable data.

Actually only mission-killed one party member this time though I left the others in bad shape, progress. Apparently I can actually GM Adeptus Evangelion.

Or at least trying to. That campaign is plagued by more random crashes than I've ever seen in a fully released FS mod. Which is sad, because, with the exception of one or two horribly unbalanced missions, it's an absolute blast.

The programs that I've seen do that were "ironically" the ones I didn't like very much (and were put on the uninstalled list).

Trying to think up a story where the Pyratorians land on Earth and then make it realistic sound makes my brain hurt, just so many things that could happen. I'm thinking more like District 9, a gritty reality of us, humans dealing with ten thousand aliens, which is a dinky number compared to our population. I wanted to make them feel 'small' from the gecko, also Aylora and Kyral have the Dark Tormentor breathing down their necks. Thirty-One days they have freedom and to prepare for the incoming invasion. *It sounds like ME3, but on the side of more hopelessness*

So yeah.

On top of that ^ Trying to get my Senior Project re-written is also takin' up space in me brain. (Which I am currently stuck)
