I am currently catching up on four years of PC gaming.

Once again getting ****ed over at work by co-workers who will take the best deal for themselves at any cost and bosses who don't even pretend to care. One was present WHILE THIS WAS HAPPENING and all he did was say "you guys better figure it out" and then make a joke about me slashing the other guy's tires. Which pretty clearly indicates he knows full well I'm getting boned. Oh yeah, and he threw snark at me about why I wasn't ALREADY doing the other guy's job that he was trying to stab me with.

Just going through the practice in the Navy. Basically an office job at creating and updating nautical charts but we have also visited the port and a hydrographic survey vessel. Some sailors are shooting and blowing up things but if I sign up, I will be responsible for checking if the bottom is safe

Glad for things to be getting back to normal. On Tuesday we were taking the kids to the in-laws so my wife and I could go to a local beekeepers club. On the way my wife lost control of our car and it slid off the road into the trees. Thankfully after seven hours in the ER, the worst we were hurt was my two year old son had to have some stitches in his forehead, but otherwise just bumps and bruises. My cobalt is finished though.

Treasure who you have because it is amazing how life can change in three or four seconds.

Upon further investigation, those were NOT gunshots. It was one of those 30 second midnight summer storms with some strangely echoing thunder I've never heard before.

I was legitimately scared there for a minute because it sounded like it was a rifle being shot in my parking lot.
